The characteristic of dry VHP technology is that the hydrogen peroxide gas in the chamber and chamber is always maintained below the “condensation point” for biological deconfouling. Under the condition that the expected concentration of hydrogen peroxide is achieved, the relative humidity of the space being deconcontaminated by organisms during the cycle is always controlled to prevent humidity saturation in the environment, so as to reduce the influence of hydrogen peroxide condensate formation. The advantage of dry sterilization is that it can achieve the expected uniform biological decontamination effect, and reduce the impact on the material, and better optimize the residual time of hydrogen peroxide gas removal.
To observe the disinfection effect of Metso vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer TL-V100 on air and object surface in ambulance. Methods The method was carried out according to “disinfection technical specification”. Results: By counting the bacterial colonies on the ground, stretcher and seat in the ambulance, the killing rate of Bacillus adiposis thermophilus was more than 5 logarithms. The vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer can also achieve more than 5 logarithmic killing rates of Bacillus subtilis. The concentration of hydrogen peroxide was less than 1ppm after removal. Conclusion: Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer meets the requirements of sterilization, short sterilization cycle, environmental protection and safety. At the same time, the vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization apparatus has parameter setting, automatic program control and less hydrogen peroxide consumption. Therefore, vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer is a more effective, convenient, safe and environmentally friendly way to sterilize bacteria, which can effectively improve the current disinfection management level of ambulances.
