New product line UVC LED

As a most important part of our disinfection ecosystem ,  for water disinfection and rapid small object disinfection,  we have chosen UV-C-LED as our main technology .

Why use UV-C-LED for water and rapid disinfection ? 

  1. Safety : Safe to transport and safe to use , in the UV-C light source there is no fragile glass tube that is easy break in the transportation , there is no mercury in the UV-C LED source , so there is no heavy metal leakage risk during the usage and transport
  2. Instant ON/OFF : During the usage , instant ON/OFF can save a lot off energies and create minium heat that will damage the object surface and change water’s temperature 
  3. Wavelength :UV-C contains wavelength from 100 to 400 nm , UV-C at 254 nm is considered the most effective disinfection wavelength ,  UV-C led light source can fix the wavelength at 254 ±3nm which makes the disinfection efficiency much higher
  4. Super compact : Thanks to LED chips charateristic , we can design  super compact structure for some strict installation applications 

Until June 2022 we have developed 3 families of disinfection devices based on UVC .

  • Water disinfection module for multi flowrate
  • Convex Spot light surface disinfection module for conveyor belt
  • Super light handle disinfection Beam light bar


21 June 2022 we have signed the strategic cooperation contract with TuoZhan Led manufacture , FasFreDe engineering + Led manufacture and test for UV-C LED final product development.

Thanks to this cooperation ,  we have the capacity to finish a new UV-C LED panel tested in 3 days  ,  our development time and delivery time are shorten a lot  .

We can provide a super quick customizable product service based on our 3 UVC-LED disinfection families .

From a idea to the first 3D printed prototype only : 2 weeks
