The plasma generator in the plasma air disinfector is a special high-voltage positive and negative ion generator. The positive ion generation is based on the serrated positive electrode to continuously generate high-energy, highly concentrated bacteria and inhalable particles (including haze PM2.5) in the extreme surrounded by positive ions, so that it can quickly obtain saturated electricity. What is the use process of plasma sterilization equipment? Next, Liden Environmental Protection Department will explain the three processes of using plasma sterilization and disinfection equipment.
Use process of plasma sterilization and disinfection equipment:
- Automation of plasma sterilization and disinfection equipment:
Switch to automatic mode for disinfection: the machine works for 1 hour, shuts down for 1 hour, and circulates for 24 hours. This mode is applicable to places where there is a large flow of patients and there are patients going in and out for a long time, such as infusion halls, waiting rooms, etc.
- Manual operation of plasma sterilization and disinfection equipment:
Switch to manual mode for disinfection: press the up key, and 01, 02, 03, 04 are displayed in the middle of the screen, representing automatic shutdown after 1 to 4 hours of disinfection. This mode is mostly applicable to mobile models. It does not fix one room for disinfection, but disinfects rooms one by one. Different disinfection duration is selected according to room size, such as ward, dispensing room, treatment room, etc.
- Timing of plasma sterilization and disinfection equipment:
Set it to the timed mode for disinfection. 2-3 groups of time periods can be set. The machine can be switched on and off automatically every day for disinfection without manual operation. The machine can be switched on manually by remote control or panel key operation when disinfection is required in the non timed stage. This disinfection mode is mostly applicable to wall mounted and cabinet models. It is used to fix a room for long-term disinfection, such as operating room, ICU, delivery room, hemodialysis room, etc.
